Lorenzo van Hees serves as Trade and Operation Manager of Amstel Shipping & Agency B.V. and is responsible for the commercial development and execution of physical trading activities in refined petroleum products and crude oil.

Based in the Netherlands, he manages relationships with refineries, national oil companies, storage operators, shipowners, financial institutions, and end users across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.

His role covers the structuring and negotiation of spot and term supply contracts, coordination of logistics and inspections, and the management of contractual and documentary performance.

With a background in international commodity trading and physical market execution, Mr. van Hees brings a disciplined, relationship-driven approach to counterparty development and transaction management.

He operates within the company's institutional compliance, risk management, and governance framework, ensuring that all commercial activities are conducted in accordance with international trading standards, sanctions regulations, and the expectations of banking partners and strategic counterparties.
